Terms of use
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms cover buying and using Grounded Days printables, the membership and Grounded Days Kids. We've kept them short and readable. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
Who you're dealing with
Grounded Days is run by Carly Hancock (ABN 39 945 668 218), trading as Grounded Days in South Australia, Australia. Questions? Reach us through our contact page.
Digital products
- Our printables are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing physical is posted.
- Once your payment goes through, you can download your files straight away from your account, and we'll email you a link.
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars (A$) or US dollars (US$). Any taxes that apply, such as GST, are included or shown at checkout.
- Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and printer.
How you can use them
When you buy a printable, you get a personal licence to:
- print it as many times as you like for your own family, or for your own classroom, clinic or care setting;
- laminate it, pop it in a sleeve or stick it on the fridge.
Please don't:
- share, forward or upload the files for others to download;
- resell them, or include them in products you sell (printed or digital);
- remove the Grounded Days name or claim the designs as your own.
The designs, illustrations (including Billy & Frankie) and text belong to Grounded Days. Schools or organisations wanting to use them more widely are welcome to ask about a licence.
Refunds
Because digital files can't be returned, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind. That doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a file is faulty, doesn't match its description, or you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. We'll always try to help, whatever the problem.
The membership
- The membership gives you access to every family printable in the shop, new releases and Grounded Days Kids, for A$9.99/month or A$79/year (or the US$ price shown).
- New members get a 7-day free trial. We'll remind you before it ends; if you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
- After the trial, your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Founding member prices stay the same for as long as you stay a member. If we ever change prices for other members, we'll tell you before it affects you.
- Printables you download as a member are for the same personal use described above.
Grounded Days Kids
- Grounded Days Kids is set up by a grown-up and used by children with a grown-up's support. Grown-ups decide which steps and treats appear.
- Progress is saved on the device you use. Clearing your browser data, or switching devices, starts it fresh. We can't recover progress stored on a device.
- Paw prints, stickers and the adventure are just for fun and encouragement. They have no money value. Treats are agreed between you and your child.
See our privacy policy for how the kids' app protects children's privacy.
A gentle note about our tools
Our printables are designed with trauma-informed principles to support everyday routines. They aren't medical, psychological or therapy advice, and they don't replace support from a qualified professional. If you're worried about a child's wellbeing, please talk to your GP, school or a health professional.
Your account
Please keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to share our files or misuse the site.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site and files available and accurate, but we can't promise the site will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Where the law allows, our responsibility for a problem with a product is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell members about any important changes.
